About Me
Hi, I’m Aaron Krug
I’ve spent the last 17 years designing within a variety of environments and industries from start-ups to agencies, to Fortune 100 organizations.
My love for design and technology began in childhood and continued through my education at Ramapo College as I created a custom degree to study my interdisciplinary passions. After completing my Bachelor’s of Interactive Design in 2007, I began working in NYC as a “jack of all trades” designer and developer.
Over the years I began to gravitate towards UX, UI and product oriented roles. I realized that I loved the process of user centered design and its ability to drive better outcomes and user satisfaction. I wanted to design things that made a real impact on people’s lives. These days, I enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating within a team and empathizing with users to create delightful, user-friendly experiences that balance user’s needs with business goals and engineering requirements.
I currently live near NYC with my wife, 2 year old son, and a highly energetic doggy. In my free time I enjoy travel, adventure, making music, cooking and dancing.
I had the pleasure of working in the same team with Aaron at Snackable Media on several fast-paced difficult projects. He always showed a brilliant streak of creativity in everything he did, outputted everything before deadline and was also a great person to have in your work environment.
